Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the relationship between Siriwong and learners who enrol in or enquire about our programmes. Please read them carefully before submitting an enrolment.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings given below:
- "Siriwong," "we," "us," "our" refers to Siriwong, operating at 215 Ratchaprarop Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400.
- "Programme" refers to any of the structured financial education courses offered by Siriwong.
- "Learner," "you," "your" refers to any individual who enrols in, is accepted into, or enquires about a Siriwong programme.
- "Enrolment" refers to the completed process by which a learner is confirmed as a participant in a programme.
- "Materials" refers to workbooks, worksheets, written summaries, and any other content provided as part of a programme.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry or enrolment form through our website, by email, or by telephone, you indicate that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with an enrolment.
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment will apply to your participation in that programme.
3. Enrolment Process
Enquiries submitted through our website are not enrolments. They are an expression of interest, and we will respond within two business days to discuss the programme and next steps.
Enrolment is confirmed when Siriwong has received your completed enrolment form and the required deposit or full fee payment, and has sent you written confirmation. Cohort sizes are limited. Confirmation of payment does not guarantee placement if a cohort is full; in that case, we will offer you a place in the next available intake or a full refund of any amount paid.
For the Family Office Foundations and Wealth Transition Program, enrolment is subject to a brief introductory conversation with a senior programme advisor before a place is confirmed. This is to ensure the programme is well-suited to your circumstances.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are as follows:
- Essential Money Topics for Thai Households 40+ — ฿7,500
- Retirement Income Architecture — ฿22,600
- Family Office Foundations and Wealth Transition Program — ฿37,800
Fees cover all programme sessions, printed materials, workbooks, individual consultations (where included in the programme), and follow-up advisory services (where included). Fees do not include travel costs associated with in-person gatherings.
Payment instructions will be provided in your enrolment confirmation. We accept bank transfer to our designated account. Payment in full is required no later than seven days before the programme start date unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by the learner
If you need to withdraw from a programme, please notify us in writing as early as possible. The following schedule applies:
- Cancellation more than 21 days before the programme start date: full refund of fees paid, less a ฿1,000 administrative handling fee.
- Cancellation 8 to 21 days before the programme start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the programme start date: no refund. We will offer a credit toward a future intake where possible.
Cancellation by Siriwong
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a programme intake due to insufficient enrolments, unforeseen circumstances, or the unavailability of a key programme contributor. In the event of cancellation by Siriwong, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to the next available intake.
If a programme must be paused mid-course due to circumstances outside our control, we will make reasonable efforts to resume or complete the programme. Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Programme Changes
We continually review the quality and content of our programmes. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the curriculum, materials, session schedule, or specialist contributors without prior notice, provided these adjustments do not materially reduce the value or scope of the programme. We will communicate significant scheduling changes to enrolled learners as early as possible.
7. Participant Conduct
All learners are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, specialists, and fellow participants. Siriwong maintains a professional and collegial learning environment. We reserve the right to remove a learner from a programme, without refund, if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the expectations of the group.
Recordings of live sessions may not be made by participants without the written consent of Siriwong.
8. Course Materials
All written materials, worksheets, workbooks, and other content provided as part of a Siriwong programme are the intellectual property of Siriwong. You may use these materials for your own personal study and planning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Siriwong's liability to any learner arising from or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the total fees paid by that learner for the programme in question.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including financial decisions made by a learner following participation in a programme. See also Section 10 below.
10. Educational Purpose
Siriwong's programmes are educational in nature. The content of our courses, sessions, workbooks, and consultations is intended to improve financial literacy and planning capability. It does not constitute personalised financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Any planning scenarios, worked examples, or income projections presented during a programme are illustrative. Learners are responsible for their own financial decisions and are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making significant financial commitments.
11. Privacy
The personal information you provide during the enquiry and enrolment process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your participation in a Siriwong programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
