  • Course specialists and consultants — In programmes that include sessions with a Thai estate attorney or family dynamics specialist, your name and contact information may be shared with that specialist solely for scheduling purposes.
  • Postal and courier services — Your delivery address is shared with the logistics provider responsible for mailing your printed workbook.
  • Service providers — We use a small number of trusted technology providers for website hosting and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose information where required by Thai law, a court order, or a regulatory body.

6. How Long We Keep Data

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In practice, this means:

  • Enquiries that do not result in enrolment are retained for up to twelve months, after which they are deleted.
  • Enrolment and course records are kept for five years following the conclusion of a programme, in line with Thai accounting and tax requirements.
  • Postal addresses provided for workbook delivery are removed from our active records once delivery is confirmed.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations (see Section 7).

  • Request correction of any inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, where we are not legally required to retain it
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
  • Withdraw consent for communications you have previously agreed to
